2025 is almost over …  and while we have rituals for reflecting on the old year, when it comes to astrology, we often tend to hurry towards the next one.

It’s easy to fix our gaze on the future, to search for the promise of ease, to brace for the weight of what looks difficult. But one of the most essential practices in astrology is to look back. Reflecting is how we learn what the planets have been teaching. It’s how we metabolize change. It’s how we build intimacy with time.

Time moves in cycles, not straight lines. It’s a spiral. We return to familiar terrain, but we do so changed, standing on a different step of a spiral staircase, with a wider view and more lived experience in our bones. The past isn’t behind us, it’s part of what carries us forward.

This workshop is an invitation to slow down, reflect, and notice how 2025 shaped you, through its eclipses, its retrogrades, its major sign shifts. To feel where growth stretched you, where endings clarified you, and beginnings asked for courage.

We’ll begin with a brief somatic attunement, helping the body catch up to the moment. We’ll journal together, weaving personal experience with the astrology of the past year. This is about meaning-making. About honoring what has been. About moving forward with a little more awareness and maybe a little more trust in your own timing.

What you’ll need:

• You’ll get the most out of it if you have your chart in whole sign system handy. You can get one here.  
  But it’s not a must, just knowing your rising sign will be enough.

• Journal and pen. You might not be the journaling but the doodling type, or maybe you are into mind maps. You might like to move and just jot down some keywords. All of this is welcome. There is no right way to do it.

• A cozy, uninterrupted spot, your favorite drink, and anything else that brings you comfort.

The workshop will be recorded and sent out together with the slides.
