But most people call me Sisa and I love to help people find more ease in their bodies and minds. 

I'm an ISMETA certified Somatic Movement Educator, yoga teacher, and astrologist, offering support from a place of deep-rooted belief that we are already whole. I believe in magic as something already available to us and that by reconnecting with our selves, our bodies and the world around us, we open ourselves up to experiencing life at its fullest. Embracing all facets of who we are allows us to not only nurture ourselves but also provides unwavering support to those around us on their own journeys.

With a 25 + year background in project management & marketing, I sometimes offer conscious consulting to companies and individuals.
