 Terms of Services, Conditions & Confidentiality Policies:

  • Silvana Saveri functions within the scope of her profession. She will not replace or claim any ability to treat conditions requiring medical or qualified professional attention. She shall never purport to offer legal, medical, or financial advice outside of her scope of practice. All offerings do not replace the counselling services of mental health providers. She shall refer clients to qualified professionals as needed.

  • Astrology is a divinatory and healing art system that can be utilized as a consulting and counselling tool. By collaborating with Silvana Saveri, you do not and cannot hold her legally responsible for any subsequent actions you take after engaging with her work. Silvana Saveri is not responsible for events and decisions made by the client post-consultation

  • Any information you share is kept private and confidential and will not be shared with others without your explicit consent.

  • An accurate birth time is required for a meaningful and well-rounded reading.

  • Full fees must be paid within 24 hours to secure all bookings. If this is an issue, please do not hesitate to contact me to discuss options such as payment schedules and sliding scale needs. These options are always available for discussion. Otherwise, appointments booked without payment will be automatically cancelled within 24 hours of the request. This administrative process ensures all dates are open for other clients.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Online Workshops & classes

  • All online classes and workshops that include recordings are not refundable.

1:1 sessions

  • Live astrology readings and somatic counseling sessions require hours of preparation. Clients are eligible for a refund if cancelling 72 hours before a scheduled consultation. Last-minute cancellations prevent other clients from booking a spot you had previously scheduled and do not give me enough time to replace the time lost for other work opportunities. Mutual agreement of both our time ensures that I remain available to all clients in a timely manner and honors the work that has been done prior to our appointment. Under my discretion and in the spirit of ethical entrepreneurship, honesty, and care, in the event of illness, emergencies, tragedies & environmental disasters, providing your timely correspondence prior to your appointment, your scheduled appointment can be rescheduled once.

  • Clients can reschedule a consultation one time up to 48 hours prior to their initially scheduled consultation.

  • If the client is more than fifteen minutes late to a scheduled consultation without advanced notice, the meeting will be cancelled with no refund.

  • If I am unable to make our scheduled appointment, I will offer to rebook you at your earliest convenience or will issue you a 100% refund. I will also provide you with as much notice as possible.
