Every New & Full Moon we meet, we move, we rest, and reflect. AstroSomatic Sessions are an invitation to feel and explore how the lunation and current transits move through our bodies, our days, our inner tides. A practice that reminds us we are not separate from the cosmos, or from each other.

In a world shaped by overlapping crises, these sessions offer a place to ground, to reconnect, to remember what’s still sacred.

There will be time for journaling, and if you know your rising sign that’s always a plus.
